I Will make sure Parental Discretion and Choice is RESTORED – The 14th Amendment is clear

o  I WILL FIGHT for parents and their children, through legislation and using available legal resources if necessary

o  There is nothing caring about Gender Affirming Care – a globally outlawed practice that causes irreversible damage to children and increases severe mental and physical health risks

I WILL FIGHT MAKE CALIFORNIA AFFORDABLE AGAIN

o  I will fight for massive reductions in the budget to reduce the $1.6Trillion in debt

o  I will propose increased write-offs for working families and parents, real tax-cuts/reductions to incentivize the return of working-class families, corporate tax deductions to bring back big businesses that have fled the State, special tax categories to allow retirees to remain in California, and grant programs to incentivize small business creation

I WILL FIGHT FOR OUR FARMERS AND RANCHERS

o  I will propose funding to repair/increase water storage infrastructure to stop the California government created “drought” (90% of water in CA ends up in the ocean)

o  I will propose funding programs to subsidize farms in bad times, propose reducing regulations, and fight for labor law changes that suit agriculture

o  I WILL fight to take back California agricultural land from Foreign States like China and Saudi Arabia, and prevent them from owning land in California.

I WILL FIGHT FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CITIZENS and CRIME REDUCTION

o  I will fight to give law enforcement all the tools necessary to do their jobs

o  I support Prop 36 (repeals prop 47), and will fight to enhance ALL CURRENTLY REDUCED CRIMES AGAINST PERSONS, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN

o  I WILL fight to add funding to successful Restorative Justice programs proven to reduce recidivism.

o  I will propose legislation that changes statutory language REQUIRING prosecution and mandatory minimum sentencing for certain crimes against persons. 

I will FIGHT to stop the flow of Fentanyl into California, and hold State Representatives accountable for cozying up to XI of the CCP, taking his money, and turning a blind-eye to citizens dyeing in record numbers on California streets.

o  I will put up legislation declaring CCP an enemy of the State of California, and propose claiming eminent domain on foreign owned assets in California

o  I will fight for real data-based solutions to the mental health and homeless crisis, not enabling and worsening the problem by providing access to narcotics and paraphernalia.

o  I will propose a significant enhancement to drug trafficking and distribution charges, holding dealers and traffickers individually culpable for the deaths of people that purchase and subsequently die from overdose.
